Rhythm & Prana Flow (also known as Yoga Trance Dance®) created by Shiva Rea, is a contemporary exploration of the spirit of dance within yoga. Beginning with prana vinyasa yoga, Rhythm & Prana flows into an exploration of free-form, breath-driven movement to liberate one’s creative life force and cultivate embodied freedom.

Rhythm & Prana Flow is an opportunity to break free and drop into the heart beat, and it is for everybody! So, whether you love to dance or loath to dance, you will enjoy the universal rhythmic world beats of this practice.
